Rail Transit Crew Management System

The core business of crew management is to scientifically and reasonably manage crew drivers, enabling them to drive trains on the main line in an orderly and reasonable manner to ensure basic operational services. Assist frontline management personnel in developing a reasonable crew plan, allocate and manage crew members reasonably, and meet the management's requirements for daily network operation and quality and safety management.

Signal input/output unit (I/O)

Usually, it includes digital input and output units and analog input and output units, which switch and control the control signals in the bus network and provide feedback on the status signals.

Human Machine Interface (HMI)

The human-machine interface, also known as the intelligent display unit (IDU), displays the status of various systems in the train in real-time, displays fault or alarm information, and achieves some equipment testing and control functions through touch screen applications.

Train Control Unit (VCU)

Train Control Unit (VCU) is a universal processing unit. The application program of the train is usually controlled by the VCU as a whole.

TCMS Simulator

Based on our understanding and analysis of existing train control and communication programs, our company has developed a TCMS (Train Control and Monitoring System) simulation test bench to simulate, verify and develop the software logic of the control and communication parts, and visually simulate the interfaces and input variables of the subsystems. Simultaneously searching for new programming platforms, methods, and solutions to meet customer needs and company research and development needs.

Universal GDU

By modifying the software configuration of the driver unit, 1:1 replacement of all foreign brand gate drive units can be achieved.
